Arriving at this hotel was greeted by a young man who made us feel welcome. Spoke English and ibis should be proud of a great staff member. He gave us a welcome pack for the Lille braderie which had maps and bus times, restaurants. So organised, The room was clean and modern and we had dinner downstairs and sane young man produced an English menu.Breakfast was fantastic so much choice. would stay again and recommend.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable, and everything was good for our stay. The breakfast was okay, with a decent choice. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money. Would happily stay again.

From car breakdown to great hospitality

Due to car trouble we unexpectedly ended up at this hotel and we are extremely happy that we could stay here.
Mohand and Laetitia have received us very warmly and did everything to put us at ease. They arranged two rooms opposite each other, which was ideal for our family with two adults and three children. Despite the unpleasant situation we felt immediately welcome.
We could also eat in the hotel in the evening, which was a huge relief after a long and stressful day. Our children had a great time with the foosball table and were completely happy with the gift they received on arrival. Those kind of little attentions really make all the difference.
The breakfast was delicious and extensive, with plenty of choice for both adults and children.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It's just off the highway, making it an ideal location for a stopover during a trip or when, like us, you unexpectedly need a place to stay.
Thank you again to Mohand, Laetitia and the whole team for the great hospitality and excellent service. You've turned an unpleasant situation into a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this hotel!

Me and my family with a dog was passing by and needed a night for rest and charging of our EV. The hotel has only two spots for charging but during our stay there was a spot available. The price was below Tesla SC peak prices. The hotel was clean, dog friendly and with very helpful and nice staff. The breakfast, although small, offered several local things and held overall very high quality. Hotel is highly recommended!
