Staff excellent. Rooms clean tidy and secure. Externally disappointing graffiti on walls near metro station and not as central as first thought compared to other hotels.

Disappointing

Very bad experience. I was charged 69€ following a delay for which I am absolutely not responsible. Despite my efforts, no solution was offered to me. The institution sends me back to the platform, and the platform sends me back to the institution — in the end, no one takes responsibility. It is unacceptable for a customer to be in this situation without a clear explanation or refund. I strongly advise against it.

L'hôtel n'est pas davantage responsable du retard que vous avez malheureusement subi, aussi nous devons appliquer les conditions d'annulation indiquées lors de la réservation. Il semble que vous n'ayez pas trouvé ces conditions suffisamment explicites sur la plateforme de réservation. Nous le regrettons et vous invitons à réserver votre prochain séjour en direct. Les prix sont plus bas, les conditions proposées meilleures, et votre interlocuteur sera l’hôtel lui-même et non le service client d’une plateforme intermédiaire.

Tiny

Very well located at Gambetta station. The welcome is friendly but disappointing once in the room, so small, as well as the bathroom.
Low-end equipment, no office space.
Excellent breakfast buffet.

Merci pour votre commentaire mettant en valeur l'accueil et le petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel situé au centre ville offre effectivement des chambres de taille réduite. Par contre, les équipements, comme le porte bagage ou la penderie sont fait sur-mesure dans des matériaux de qualité. Le bureau mesure 80cm ce qui est généralement suffisant pour nos clients travaillant sur ordinateur. Nous vous invitons lors d'un prochain séjour à réserver nos chambres supérieures qui correspondront sans doute mieux à vos attentes sur l'espace et les équipements.

Check-in was easy enough when they eventually found my booking. Room was small but adequate. Bathroom was tiny but everything was clean and will presented. Good hearing system and the shutters were great for blacking out light. The area was generally pretty quiet apart from a couple of brew crew members who sat nearby at times, but presented no trouble. Proximity to Gambetta station is amazing; a mere 30 steps or so away from the hotel. Staff were pleasant, very amenable and humoured our Franglais, although I have to say it quite often just slipped into English.

Effective!

We came to sleep 1 night (Saturday / Sunday), we were received by a very welcoming and kind lady!
The room and bathroom are quite small but it did not bother us for 1 night. In addition, everything was clean.
My negative points are as follows:
There was no battery in the remote control for the TV..
Then the heating didn’t work, and one weekend in October, how can we say we felt it! So you have to turn on the air conditioning to get heating..
Then no hand gel in the bottle and when we pressed the shower gel in the shower, the lid necessarily jump..
I mean, being 2 girls we didn't feel safe in the neighborhood.. We had an event scheduled for Saturday night, so we came back around 00h and luckily there were many passers-by which made our return to the hotel less stressful!
I allowed myself to put these negatives which are minimal because it still stays 75th at night.

Les petits soucis que vous avez rencontrés comme l'absence de piles ou de gel douche sont le fait d'un manque de contrôle de notre part et nous vous présentons donc nos excuses pour ce désagrément. N'hésitez pas à contacter la réception durant votre séjour dès que vous constatez un problème et nous mettrons tout en oeuvre pour le résoudre au plus vite. Concernant le chauffage qui est réalisé par la climatisation réversible et non plus par des convecteurs, il s'agit d'un choix relatif à notre politique environnementale. Les chauffages n'ont pas été démontés pour palier une éventuelle défaillance du climatiseur, mais ne sont plus en service.
