A lovely stay in the centre of Lille. The front views were great for people watching as the city came to life as the hours went by In the morning. Coffee on the terrace was a wonderful experience. Aswell as the rooms being cosy and compact. The shower was excellent and very powerful. Even though there was no AC the Fan left in the room done an excellent job of keeping us cool during the night whilst being quiet enough for us to have a great nights sleep. Overall experience very good and staff were always pleasant throughout our stay.

Dolls House sweat box!

No a/c, tiny fan, was placed in a room where the window opened onto a flat roof, highly secure! Ridiculously hot, no sleep, room tiny. Lift broke, breakfast on 7th floor. Dreadful experience.

Very disappointed

Aside from the location very close to the train station, we were very disappointed with this 3-star hotel that does not deserve this rating; the room was small with a bed of 140 cm!! The bathroom was the same for 2 people, no air conditioning but just a simple fan, and to top it off, we were on the 6th floor with the elevator out of order all day and evening; we do not recommend.

The hotel and rooms are very clean. Everything is in order. The registration desk is manned by competent and friendly people.
The location is great: walking distance to both train stations and to the old downtown area. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around.

Great location for the price.

My room was very clean & comfortable. I overlooked the station, & spent some time being entertained watching all the druggies & crazy people hanging around. We had breakfast once, just to experience the rooftop terrace, which was very nice. Breakfast was the standard type with cheese, meats, bread, yoghurt & fruit. There were also eggs & sausages; not bad for the price. As others have mentioned, the bathroom is very small, so larger people might struggle.
