Little Suite - Apartment Paola bad experience

We did not stay in this Louise apartment but in another one offered by the Little Suite agency: Paola's apartment in La Madeleine. Be careful because the apartment advertised as a luxury apartment does not meet the criteria. It is certainly spacious and well-located, and the agency is friendly and responsive. However, it is not in good condition and not clean: marks and stains on the walls, a worn and uncomfortable sofa, baseboards filled with dust, a filthy bathtub edge, an outlet ripped from the wall... another issue, but not directly attributable to the agency or the maintenance of the apartment: we occupied the apartment during the heatwave and had to flee after 2 nights because it is suffocatingly hot: no shutters, no curtains on certain windows, and non-blackout curtains in the living room... despite a fan kindly provided by the agency, it was impossible to stay.
