A bit outdated, but a good location. Walking distance from the city center and parking on own premesis.
You'd need to be able to speak French, as English as too difficult for the staff.

Disappointing stay at the Apart'City of Limoges

The lack of air conditioning made the night particularly difficult. Despite the presence of fans, the temperature in the room remained very high, which greatly disturbed our sleep.
In addition, a strong odour of tobacco was present in the room, which is unacceptable.
Finally, the corridors are visibly lacking in maintenance and were dirty during our passage.
Too bad, as these different points significantly hindered the comfort of the stay. An improvement in the maintenance and comfort of the rooms would be necessary.

Speaking of a scam

This is not what was suggested online
Our apartment was very outdated, dirty and a lot of things were broken (fan, lamp, closet doors that cannot open) the closets were crumbled or peeled by the moisture. The curtains are black with dirt. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet.
When we asked for another room if the fan could be replaced we only got the message: You should just file a complaint. No sorry, no attempt to help us. The hotel is partly along a busy road (yes we had the ticket)
The only advantage is that tomorrow morning we will continue our trip early enough. They'll never see us here again.

We will not be coming back!!!

A one-night stopover...and fortunately so!!!
Pleasant staff, well located, but be careful, no parking if you haven't reserved.
However, the apartment is old-fashioned, hygiene needs to be reviewed (especially the bathroom).

The room we had was nice and spacious with good wardrobes and storage spaces. The room, kitchen and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly. The location was good for getting into town and you could see the river close by from some rooms. Overall a great stay. I would stay again and would reccommend it.
