Characteristic but...

Family-run hotel, dated but truly characteristic and located in a setting (Locronan) unique for the "magical" atmosphere it exudes.
Unfortunately, we were assigned a quadruple room on the second floor (without an elevator) with limited space and laid out on two levels, the upper one truly cramped (it barely fit the two armchair beds and nothing else, no closet or drawer), attic-style and therefore at constant risk of hitting your head on the ceiling. Unique and tiny bathroom that put the organization of use by four adults to the test. I recommend asking in advance about the type of room that will be assigned.

Good small hotel in Locronan.
The title photo does not show the hotel. It is also a hotel and not a guesthouse. The restaurant of Hotel Le Prieuré is also recommended.

A dive into the past

Located right at the beginning of the village of Locronan, this small hotel reflects the stone buildings throughout the historic center, making you feel like you are living in another era. The owners are very kind and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, the standard room is quite small, making it difficult to stay for more than a day. The bathroom is divided into two areas, also custom-sized, but fortunately, there is only a shower stall. The spaces are clean, and the quality of sleep is good thanks to a nice mattress and the very quiet area at night. Breakfast is not very varied, both in savory and sweet options, but the products are of good quality, just like the dinner we tried in the evening. The hotel has a private and free parking lot at the back.
