Far from city centre, but easily accessible by public transport. Small but sufficient car park. Clean hotel.

A hotel "in passing"

The hotel is at the foot of the road that links Pau with Lescar, on the outskirts of Lons. It has no Catering Service, so you have to eat or dine out; at the reception itself we were recommended to go to dinner at a mall in Lescar (just 5 minutes) and it was a great recommendation (the receptionists are very friendly).
There's no elevator. It has a large parking area, which is normal because going by car is the only way to get to it, it is a good hotel for people who go by.
The room and bathroom are a little small, but enough for one night.
The breakfast buffet is rich and varied, rating that they use local products, something deeply rooted in France.

Muchas gracias por tomarse el tiempo de compartir su experiencia. Nos alegra mucho que haya disfrutado de la amabilidad de nuestro personal y de nuestras recomendaciones para cenar en los alrededores, así como de nuestro desayuno bufé con productos locales.
Se puede acceder a nuestro hotel no solo en coche, gracias a nuestro amplio aparcamiento, sino también mediante las líneas de autobús locales. Aunque el establecimiento es antiguo, ha sido completamente renovado para ofrecer todas las comodidades modernas. En cuanto al ascensor, todavía estamos buscando un lugar adecuado para instalarlo y comprendemos perfectamente que su ausencia pueda ser un punto a tener en cuenta.
A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, no entendemos del todo una puntuación del 60 % y esperamos que su próxima visita refleje plenamente nuestros esfuerzos por hacer que su estancia sea agradable.
Esperamos darle la bienvenida de nuevo.

I paid for my dinner with a credit at the bar and they could not give me a receipt, told me I had to go to reception for one. Next morning the receptionist asked me to pay again. When I said I had already paid I had to show her the credit card payment slip.

The hotel is very clean, rarely found so also in higher level ones, our room was a little tiny but it was ok just for an overnight stay. People very kind, too
