Modern Superior Customer Service

Location is Perfect, within the walking range of everything and just nicely on the quieter side of the canal. Atmosphere is modern and Comfortable. The Room is adequate, wee deck to step out on, comfortable bed (and am very big). Value is commensurate with three meals a day and the best customer service in Lourdes. Always very Clean and Polished.

It is not a 4-star hotel.

Although it is a decent hotel, it has some organizational flaws that detract from its supposed 4-star level, although the price-quality ratio is correct.
We are referring above all to the room cleaning service, since it is done in the afternoons for guests who are not in a group, as we were informed at the front desk. This means that until after 3:00 p.m. the room has unmade beds, the bathroom is not cleaned, and the towels are not replaced, in our case, despite having hung the sign on the door at 9 in the morning requesting that it be cleaned. It is very uncomfortable to withdraw for a while after eating to rest and be waiting for when they are going to come to do the cleaning.
In addition, the air conditioning cannot be controlled from the room. They told us that we could call the front desk whenever we wanted to turn it off, and they gave us the "trick" of opening the balcony a little since this disconnects the unit, although this causes, logically, hearing outside noises.
In summary, a 4-star hotel that could be much better.

Well-located hotel for the Sanctuary

Lovely hotel with a balcony in the room which was a bonus. Well air-conditioned. Close to the sanctuary and on the bank of the river. Good spaces for socialising including indoor and outdoor areas. Very good value stay.

Good location

The hotel is comfortable and clean. But I didn't like breakfast. Few juice options was not natural and the attendant confused. It was missing items all the time and did not give time to resume (16 euros per person).
Great location. Close to the sanctuary and restaurants.

I liked it

Convenient location (10 minutes on foot from the sanctuary, but far enough from the chaos). Convenient paid parking in front of the hotel. Very large 4-star hotel with a beautiful lobby. The staff at the reception is very helpful and 'Italian.' Large and clean room. Large bathroom. Good and varied breakfast.
The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room is very noisy and cannot be controlled independently from the room. Additionally, there is no minibar.
