Excellent Hotel

The hotel lives up to its standard, offering clean and spacious rooms, beautiful views from the windows, and an excellent location close to the Sanctuary.
I would especially like to mention the staff. They are friendly, attentive, always ready to help, and speak several languages, making communication easy for guests from different countries.
For me, this is a place I always look forward to returning to.

Fine Hotel, especially for a pilgrimage to Lourdes

For the 3rd time we are staying in the hotel.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel has its own parking space which is very convenient in Lourdes.
Furthermore, the location is fine, all important points of Lourdes are within walking distance.
The breakfast is, especially by French standards, good and well supplemented.
Point of criticism is that everything needs an upgrade, it is a bit dated.
The hotel would otherwise score us a 10.

Hotel closed to all the shops, restaurants and the grotto, basilicas.
Very convenient, walking distance everywhere.

Everything was excellent. Very helpful staff Naomi, Cecile and above all Gabriel. He was exceptional helpful and doing his job excellent. Well done guys and I will recommend your hotel 200%.

Perfect!

Back from 3 nights at the Paradis hotel, we are completely satisfied with the services. A small technical problem in the bathroom was addressed within half an hour. Friendly and available reception and service staff, spacious room and good bedding, hearty and varied breakfast.
