Excellent reception and kindness from the team

We were very satisfied with our stay. We highlight the excellent reception and the friendliness of the Portuguese staff, always very helpful and available to help us. A very pleasant experience!

Parking

Unfortunately I will not be recommending this hotel to family and friends. When I had booked my rooms, I enquired about parking. I was told parking was 15 euros, which I thought was satisfactory. Upon departing the hotel, we were told parking was 23 euros! That was totally, totally disgraceful! Especially in the town of Lourdes!

We are truly sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the parking charge. We fully understand your frustration, particularly as the amount you were initially given when making your reservation differed from the rate applied at the end of your stay.
Our private car park is located directly at the hotel and offers the advantage of being secured and reserved for our guests, with a limited number of spaces. Nevertheless, the information provided to you at the time of booking should of course have been clear and consistent.
We sincerely regret this situation and hope that, despite this unfortunate experience, we may have the opportunity to welcome you again and restore your confidence in our hotel.

Lovely central hotel with helpful staff

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are small but that's usual for Lourdes. Cleaning was exceptional and the level access showers perfect. A/C was good. The 2 lifts can be very busy at times. We were dependent on the lift due to reduced mobility. Buffet breakfast was great. Again lovely helpful staff. We didn't do the evening buffet but did eat in the cafe attached to hotel a few times and food was excellent and plentiful. Lovely hotel shop too with very nice staff and a good selection. The only issue is the noise. Bin lorries etc and people talking loudly on the street at night. Very disturbed sleep. Due to the hotel's very central location. I would definitely go back!

We are sorry, however, that the street noise disturbed your sleep. Our central location, just a few steps from the Sanctuaries, is certainly an advantage, but it can unfortunately also mean some activity and noise in the surrounding streets, particularly at night and during early morning deliveries. For guests looking for greater peace and quiet, we do have rooms overlooking the inner courtyard, and our reception team will be happy to take such a preference into account, subject to availability.
It is wonderful to know that, despite these inconveniences, you would happily return. We will be delighted to welcome you back to Lourdes.

Conveniently located and comfortable hotel

We have stayed several times at the hotel. It is conveniently located near the grotto, it is a traditional, clean and reasonable well kept hotel, offering a standard service. The rooms appear recently renovated and are quiet. The lift service by the two lifts can be slow at times (breakfast time, etc.).
Ideal for a short visit to Lourdes.

Excellent option

Excellent hotel. Quite discreet to enter, but it has the most important things: comfortable beds, perfect pillows, and super clean rooms, nothing more to ask for. The service is a 10.
