The property is reasonably priced. The breakfast menu was better than your website description.
We were locked out of our room on the 2nd day. Reception reset our room key cards and apologised. No explanation of what it was or why it happened but it’s not an unusual occurrence.
Baggage retention facility is most useful.
All the staff were multi lingual and very helpful.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

Convenient budget hotel in Lyon Universite Neighboorhood

Rooms with AC, lots to spread, perfect when traveling with a family. The hotel was clean and well located to discover Lyon. Many supermarkets nearby. Noise was good, the team placed us away from the elevator - THANK YOU!
There's a washer/dryer - but I would suggest that you post a flyer for the English guests. The dryer worked poorly and the staff was unable to help with it. I came to the rescue of non-French travelers and we tried several things but the dryer never worked properly - That was several months ago, so hopefully it's fixed now :)!

Comfortable and spacious. Quiet area. We like the burger place next to the hotel. A few supermarkets (Auchan, U Express, etc) are nearby. Pay €5 for the use of washing machine. Value for money.

The hotel is non-smoking, but we were first given a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes. Fortunately, the manager quickly changed our room. We booked two rooms, but they were on different floors, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was fine. The lighting in the room is rather dim, and the facilities are a bit old, but all the staff were very kind and helpful.Parking can be quite challenging, and I probably wouldn’t come during the high season.
