Novotel Lyon Confluence

The hotel is great, the access from the hotel to the shopping center is top-notch.
The room is nice, the view of the river is pleasant (bathtub, shampoo, small fridge, and drink included).
But the breakfast is limited, I found that there wasn't much choice and that we had trouble moving around.

Disappointing and atrocious night

The hotel is very nice but unfortunately the nightlife environment is atrocious. Noise with music all night from 2:30 AM to 5:30 AM and the hotel does not call the police because they know it is useless…
The breakfast is not amazing
Too bad because with our two children we had a rather nice suite but we will not return there

It looks nicer in the pictures online.
And isn’t really a 4 star hotel, but staff were friendly it’s a nice area and easy to get around would stay again

Avoid this scam hotel.

I mistakenly booked a room at this hotel through a platform that was better ranked in the search engine than the one from Accor; I wanted to book at the Novotel Musée des Confluences in the 7th district!!! Beware, the name of this hotel is misleading!!!! The platform refunded me the tax fees, but the hotel, through the reception I called yesterday and today at 3:15 PM, refused to refund me so that I could switch to Novotel!!!!! So I am going to pay €150 for nothing!!!!! Hotel to avoid, reception to avoid!!!!! I thought the platform was the scam, but in fact, it is the hotel and the Accor group.

Lack of staff.
The phone does not work.
If you miss the arrival at the parking lot, good luck in the shopping center with your suitcase....
