Quiet vacation

5th stay at this holiday village and it is always a pleasure. Catherine and Denis are perfect in their role as hosts, attentive and offer great moments for the children.
Clean, quiet village.
Cottage equipped as needed to have a good vacation.

Horrible

We already came 4 years ago and everything went well the owners nothing to say everything was perfect but in a weird dream the new owners are horrible rude raised and racist we arrived on August 5 everything went well miss a The condition of the premises was mediocre and we left on the 19th. Today when we arrived there was no wooden spoon, we were told to sit and pay for the wardrobe again. was crushed the for was defective the dryer too and the mold people don't even talk about it was everywhere when we left he told us to pay 75€ again for the mold which was already there I don't recommend it at all are not at all welcoming and racist

Nous sommes d’accord avec vous sur un point : l’état du gîte à votre départ, horrible comme en témoignent vos photos. S’il en avait été ainsi à votre arrivée, vous l’auriez refusé et vous auriez eu raison.
Curieusement, vous ne nous avez pas alertés immédiatement d’une quelconque difficulté comme avec le téléviseur que vous n’arriviez pas à faire fonctionner ou lorsque vous avez fait une erreur avec le monnayeur de la laverie et nous avez demandé d’intervenir à 21h30.
Nos logements ne sont certes pas neufs mais nous mettons un point d’honneur à les donner propres à nos hôtes, en espérant les récupérer dans le même état, ce qui ne fut pas le cas avec vous. Le gîte n'était pas relouable en l'état.
Le forfait ménage de 75 €, prévu dans nos conditions de location, n’est appliqué qu’à titre exceptionnel aux clients indélicats, et ne couvre qu’une partie des frais de remise en état en ce qui vous concerne (lessivage des murs et plafonds avec un produit anti moisissures, 4 heures de ménage, lavage des tissus, remplacement des équipements cassé ou manquants, réparations diverses).
Évoquer le racisme est un raccourci facile pour gommer vos propres manquements (outre le ménage et les dégradations, votre gestion des déchets, votre conduite dangereuse pour les enfants du village vacances…).
Vous n’avez eu à subir aucune discrimination de notre part et lorsque vous nous avez copieusement injuriés et insultés à votre départ, menaçant même d’en venir aux mains, nous sommes restés courtois.
Nous regrettons votre mauvaise expérience en ce qui concerne les services du village vacances, et vous remercions de nous avoir néanmoins accordé la note maximale pour l’emplacement et le rapport qualité-prix.

Very good stay

We spent 2 weeks at the beginning of July with family.
Catherine and Denis are very welcoming, kind and available.
The accommodation is very clean and the heated swimming pool is very pleasant.
Beautiful region, lots of activities nearby.
