Non like De Gaulle

This is a very poor apartment hotel with reception staff who like the famous French president De Gaulle their favourite word is non to everything. Three hour check in wait time

Terrible hotel.

Terrible hotel, unpleasant staff, cleanliness needs to be reviewed, equipment is old for the price they offer. It is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life and I will never return or recommend it to anyone.

Clean, well equipped and good location to Metro

the room was very clean, spacious. most of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, some that did not speak English appeared rude , not sure as there was a language barrier. met Junior the cat who seems well established as VIP guest at the hotel :).....
We were very impressed with Adele in the breakfast room, she was so friendly , and told us about best beaches to visit and local attractions. she always made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast and spoke very good english..to be honest you should have someone like Adele working on your reception desk to greet customers and make them feel comfortable, as it is difficult if you cannot speak French fluently... Adele as an asset to your company.
we will come back and this is mainly because of Adele. :)

Beautiful establishment

Very well placed in front of the hospital. Understanding and accommodating. Available 24/7 and impeccable cleanliness.
Premium bedding. We had a very good night.
Practical parking under the building.
I recommend.
