Good hotel next to the Timone hospital

Very good welcome, comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom, hotel located next to the Timone hospital and its reasonably priced parking as well as the subway station.

Night stay for medical accompaniment.

Very good, I highly recommend the B&B hotel La Timone for its employees. Djhamal in the evening and his colleague in the morning. For their kindness, friendliness, and help throughout our 2-night stay... spacious room on the 6th floor. Very quiet. Thank you again, Mrs. Moretti.

Abusive practices and contempt for the complainant

Booking made via Agoda and cancelled within 5 minutes due to date error, stay expected in more than 2 months. Despite this, categorical refusal of refund, total silence in front of my emails, and confirmation of refusal to Agoda.
Such a practice is disproportionate and contrary to article 1104 of the Civil Code on contractual good faith. This behaviour seriously tarnishes the image of the B&B Hotels chain and demonstrates a worrying contempt for its customers.

Traveling in a group, and end up enjoying themselves.

I stayed at the August 2025 bridge with a group from Valencia. The reception of 10 , especially by the Spanish lady, sorry for not remembering her name. The room noisy, impossible to sleep at night, you hear sirens, traffic noises. It was a 1 floor. I went with an Aquariustour tour, which I do not recommend to any traveler, better to travel alone, than with these people. Some pirates as travel guides, this Carlos, a character. On the last day of a group of 12 people, he went alone with 4 travelers, the rest we went free.
