Does the job

Receptionists were nice. Room had a good view. I was traveling alone and booked last minute, so I did not care much for the quality of whatever I was given. Not totally nice a room, but but I was happy nonetheless. I might use it again, as the location is phenomenonal. Maybe even as a couple rather than as solo.

It was horrible, very dirty, It was full of dust and mites. I had a terrible allergic reaction. There were no towels, everything was disgusting. Everything is broken and rusty.

Avoid at all costs

Very bad experience with the staff. Unfortunately, I had made a date error on my Agoda reservation and I immediately called the hotel to ask if it was possible to move the night of August 20-21 to August 22-23. The call barely lasted two minutes: I was simply told that it was "too late," that the room had been given away, and that no solution was possible.
What shocked me most was the attitude of the gentleman on the phone. He was very haughty, spoke to me in a cold manner, and clearly looked down on me while I was calmly explaining the situation. He absolutely did not try to find a solution or even understand our situation, even though we were arriving in Marseille around 11:30 PM and really needed accommodation.
I can understand that a booking error is subject to conditions, but a minimum of listening, respect, and understanding would have been appreciated. Very disappointed with the way we were treated.

This hotel is awful, disgusting, filthy, the service is terrible, they never answer the phone. I absolutely do not recommend it; you'll be throwing your money away.

Good hotel, very nice staff and awesome location

Good hotel - it is very convenient for one week if you don't have uptown tastes. The staff is really friendly. The rooms is small but for 2 people enough, the restrooms are in the hall next to the room (depending on the room chosen, the restrooms are also inside your own room) and clean. Breakfast is good, delicious (coffee, orange juice, baguette and pain au chocolat) and sufficient (rare for French standards) - it costs less than 7 € you won't get it cheaper elsewhere! The location of the hotel is very advantageous: 10 min from the station and 5 -7 min away from the old harbor; the Metro station is only 2 min away from where you can go to the beach (only 4 stops).
Nothing to complain about. However, it is a bit noisy outside and you might hear the people living next door.
Definitely to be recommended for that price, location, staff and quality of the breakfast!
