Authentic charm

An experience to stay in such an architectural marvel. The building has the charm and patina of now almost 75 years. The rooms are authentic and nicely furnished. You can move freely in the house and the house impresses all Corbi fans. In half an hour you are on foot at the beach and there are some restaurants in the area. Our only suggestion for improvement is the filter coffee at breakfast. A good coffee machine and there would be 5 stars for the food as well.

Very average

Small, cramped room.
Fortunately, the AC works.
Decent welcome.
However, security guards at the entrance ask you if you are a visitor, and several times in the same day.
Suspicious, because I stayed for 2 days and the day I was accompanied, no questions.
Deafening noise when the neighbor in the next room gets into their shower, and you can hear the shower.

Unique.

Singular hotel, historical monument, work of Le Corbusier, built in 1952. The hotel is very basic and outdated, and it is quite far from the main points of interest in the city, but it is a unique place. It can also be visited without the need to be staying or living there. There are some shops.
We stayed in a room with a terrace and sea views. Everything was very simple and functional. Comfortable bed and sofa, good air conditioning/heating. The worst part was the bathroom, which was ridiculously small. Although the room/apartment has a kitchen, it cannot be used and does not even have a refrigerator or microwave.
The breakfast is very simple, buffet-style, well attended, without hot options. Do not miss the rooftop terrace.

Experience not living up to our expectations

Small rooms, sound catastrophic from room to room and from the noise of the boulevard
As the place is cult , we were willing to accept the rudimentary comfort but we would have liked to enjoy the
Paddling atmosphere “Rooftop” but it was sadly empty on this 9/05/2026 and we finally did not live the experience desired by Le Corbusier to picnic on the roof , sea view . This was the challenge of our stay at this hotel.
Small Bonus: terrace breakfast on top!

Aesthetics and comfort

The hotel is located in a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the rooms have very stylish furnishings. A second door in the room creates a quiet atmosphere. For design and architecture lovers, the hotel is a real experience. I really enjoyed my stay.
