Great experience

Very friendly hotel! The staff at the reception is adorable, the rooms are super clean, spacious, and practical. The terrace between the bar and the gym is great! A very nice experience, we will return with pleasure.

Accor bug: double charge of €477, 3 weeks of waiting, ridiculous "compensation," contemptuous service. Proof required.

Ideal establishment.

A three-night stay was undoubtedly the best of the Mercure hotels I have stayed in.
The hotel is perfectly maintained, the staff is young but full of thoughtfulness and a desire to do well.
The location is perfect; the parking access is a bit complicated, but it works.

Be careful of additional fees not included.

The room was acceptable; we had booked for 3 nights... but I don’t see what makes it a 4-star hotel!!! Be careful: at check-in, they quote you an all-inclusive price upon arrival, a "superior" room with breakfast included, and upon departure, surprise! They add the breakfast fees (very high) and taxes... you insist that this is not what was offered to you, and they respond, "Do you have it in writing? You misunderstood"... in short, they are taking us for fools! As a regular at hotels in this group, I don’t think I will continue under these conditions.
