It was perfect for an early morning flight the next day. Clean sheets, clean floors, nice warm shower. Could have used an extra pillow I suppose, but I wasn't complaining. A short walk to the grocery store was a bonus. Too bad the pool wasn't open yet!

Big disappointment

After a night at this Kyriad, I am very surprised by the level of this hotel: dirty walls (more brown than white), dust everywhere, moldy joints in the bathroom, the air conditioning made a terrible noise (impossible to use), bedding at the end of its life. This room needs a complete renovation.

To flee the hotel Kyriad de Martigues

Hello I went last night for 1 night it was gross it and infected with bedbugs we had to leave the same evening and the next day I called for explanations the manager of the hotel dared to tell me that this ladybug fled

Après vérification avec tous les réceptionnistes ainsi que le gérants de notre établissement, personne n'a reçu de plainte ou d'appel concernant des potentielles punaises de lit. ll y a en effet trois Kyriad dans la ville de Martigues et nous pensons que vous pourriez vous être tromper d'hôtel lors de la publication de votre avis.
Pour information, nous sommes le Kyriad Martigues SUD et n'avons jamais eu de problème avec des punaise de lits. Preuve en est, aucun autre avis sur TripAdvisor, Google ou encore Booking.com n'a relevé de problèmes concernant des punaises de lits.
Nous vous recommandons donc de contacter le bon hotel Kyriad de Martigues et de supprimer cet avis.

A relaxing and warm stay

A hotel with a lot of charm, very warm.Enough to feel comfortable and rested.
The staff was available and helpful, we felt welcome right away.
Everything necessary for a quiet and pleasant stay.
