Very nice structure with large pool and spa
Indoor swimming pool of about 20 meters with 4 corridors, ideal for swimming and fun (a water line allows to isolate swimmers)
Wellness area with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and outdoor solarium with magnificent views of the surroundings)
Outside speakers and hiking guides at the top
Enjoyed food, especially quality and seasonal fruits (when they are not lacking: remember to go eat first).
Unfortunately, quiet in the evening: the entertainment, mainly in the rooms building, ends between 11pm and 11:20pm, people then talk loudly until late, slam the doors, with poorly adjusted bellboys, all without anyone in the center worrying.
The bowling tournament planned for one evening had to be organized by the holidaymakers themselves. The information in the activity schedule is not always precise (meeting places). They could be recalled the night before as is done in some Cap France. No reward if you win at the aperitif game (oh if: a meal with the animators when you are full board! I would have preferred an aperitif!) If you arrive in the last 20 in the dining room in the morning or noon, do not count on the buffet, it is unfilled. At breakfast the fruit leaves quickly. Solution provided at lunch: "you can skip the starter buffet and go to the dish".
In the morning, no chocolate spread, no milk chocolate (but milk powder mixed with hot water in the machine).
3 cuckoos one after the other on the evening of our arrival, after a day by car: uncleaned room, restaurant table not planned for us (we had to wait 1/4 of an hour standing), animation on the Cantal = slideshow that we pass you, without any speaker who explains, just images without sound.
In short, the staff is not always very caring as we were used to in the other Cap France. The presence of the manager outside his office to observe the behaviors of each other (personal) (noisy holidaymakers in the evening going to swim in the basin of the outdoor fountain at 11:30 p.m.) would have been appreciated.

Beautiful CAP FRANCE except evenings to improve
We were full board, and the kitchen was good. A day at the lake was proposed and it was well organized and pleasant.
Only one negative point: the entertainment offered for the evenings.
We would have liked to have a dance party, or the organization of pétanque tournament outside, or other show: we had only documentary evenings, or meeting with farmers, interesting, but not festive.
The animators' evening was a bit "fair", too bad because the animators are motivated, but they are young and especially do not seem to be accompanied by a pro .. that is our feeling.
That's why we didn't put 5 stars.

Also you don't give the phone number or it is well hidden.
For people who travel every day it is a waste of time and a inconvenience.
For the rest it is perfect.

A good and beautiful night spent
The rooms are very clean the place is welcoming and pleasant the host is kind and smiling plus they are going to open a restaurant at the castle which was missing it will be a pleasure to come back!!!!
