Criminal mind
heating, no water pressure, yellow stain on the floor, blocked sink. Uncomfortable bed, the duvet was not suitable for the size of the bed.

It's too bad. Cheap turned out to be really expensive
Rooms are dated. The junior bed was covered with a ragged wool blanket.
Air conditioning didn't work. We were fobbed off with a fan. That does not help if it is (and remains) warmer inside than outside.
We finally left for another hotel

Disappointed.
- Telling us that the air conditioning is broken when there isn't any is a bit of a mockery of the customer.
As a result, we had to change hotels with the whole group for the second day (8 rooms, I believe). Friendly staff (thankfully) but the services are almost non-existent (you should see the "opulence" of the breakfast)... better to avoid it.

Concernant notre petit déjeuner nous avons un buffet à volonté avec diverses choses salée comme sucrée.
Nous ne possédons effectivement pas la climatisation sur l'établissement je vous invite à vérifier sur les sites il n'est pas stipulé que nous la possédons.

Nous sommes effectivement un ancien campanile mais rénové.
Notre petit déjeuner est servie sous forme de buffet à volonté au tarif de 13.90€ avec plateau de charcuterie plateau de fromages, viennoiseries, 3 pains différents, céréales, boissons chaudes et froides, confitures, compotes, salade de fruits, segment de pomelos, fruits frais etc...
Concernant le café si un expresso vous fais plaisir sachez que pour le petit déjeuner nous le servons sur simple demande mais également durant la journée pour un prix de 2.50€.
Nous avons un restaurant ouvert tout les jours et toute la journée de 11h00 à 22h00.

Never again and not worthy of Kyriad
On weekends the restaurant is closed, it says “somewhere” on website you are told.
Control of air conditioning is faulty and hangs
open to the wall
Window open can not because of highway.
Once but never again.
€94,- and got a bad sentence.
Had Kyriad hotel before but this...

Hartelijk dank voor uw feedback. Het spijt ons dat uw verblijf bij ons niet naar wens was.
Wat betreft airconditioning: wij beschikken niet over airconditioning in ons hotel.
Het hotel is echter ideaal gelegen, direct naast de snelweg, waardoor u na een goed ontbijt direct weer op weg kunt.
