I arrived late and I got a nice warm welcome the room was clean and comfortable 5 star experience

No kettle in room was disappointing. We would have liked a hot drink. The doors weren’t soundproof so we could hear noise in the corridor.

A cat at the reception who walks , his bowl near the towel tray , it is a lack of hygiene!!!
Clean room but the rest of the hotel not very clean
No shower mat
2 towels for 3 people, we had to claim
Broken toilet paper holder
In short, I would not recommend this hotel
