DEPLORABLE!

HOTEL, that you must absolutely flee!
No one at the reception, cleanliness is absent , information sheets on the walls have fallen down the stairs, bedding is in very bad condition. As long as in the bathroom, just two little soaps and only a little face towel for both of us.
Impossible to claim anything because there is no one to welcome.
The value for money is not there. There is no quality anyway.
Unacceptable.

To flee!!!

Disappointing – Zero understanding, zero flexibility
Due to a serious family unexpected, I had to cancel my reservation. I contacted the property immediately, thinking that a minimum of understanding would be possible.
Despite the fact that they rented the room again without difficulty, no refund or commercial gesture was offered to me. Absolute refusal. As a result, they win twice on a single night, without any human consideration.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects a little flexible or understanding Customer Service.

To flee!!! Scam!!!
I booked a room at this hotel, but I had to cancel my stay a week in advance. However, no clear cancellation conditions were indicated at the time of booking. Despite my warning message, they refused to reimburse me, without any commercial gesture.
Worse still: they were perfectly willing to rent the room out to someone else, which means that they win doubly on the backs of customers! It is an abusive and frankly dishonest practice.
A real scam. No respect for the client. Establishment to flee if you do not want to lose your money without even setting foot in the hotel.

Stop at Mont Marsan

Arrived room not heated a deplorable bed it must have dated from my grandmother I do not recommend this establishment hotel restaurant but not on a Friday obliged to go to town on the other hand we had dinner in a restaurant the MAMETO fantastic service early

Hotel restaurant calme

Hôtel calme mais un peu ancien. les chambres manquent de modernités. Restauration sur place de bonne qualité, terrasse ombragée agréable l' été. ----------------------------
