A Night in Montelimar

We stopped at this hotel and are delighted with our experience. The team is welcoming, helpful, and available; everything is very clean and well-maintained. Comfortable room overlooking a charming inner courtyard that immerses you in tranquility just steps from the main boulevard. An ideal location if you are seeking peace but want to be very close to everything. Breakfast served on the terrace with a smile; what more could you ask for?
Bravo and thank you to the entire team! We warmly recommend it.

As Booking systems a shambles

I booked this hotel for one night through Logishotels.com in January, only to find the hotel had tried to charge me twice for breakfast. I.e. 4 breakfasts for 2 people. I rebooked in March with only 2 breakfasts. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to a personal situation. I cancelled the March booking but was then charged for the original booking which had clearly been in error and replaced with the new booking. Logishotel.com were COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL and would not help, blaming the hotel. Much confusion is caused by Logis and the hotel having different reservation numbers. My advice is not to book through Logishotels.com but to go with a more professional group such as Accor, Booking.com, Expedia, Trivago etc..

Conveniently located in the heart of Montélimar, yet quiet. Good size rooms, clean and comfortable.

The good and the bad.

I’m perplexed by this hotel. Let’s start with the bad:
no elevator, we carried our bags up three floors. No assistance offered.
No soap bars, only the bottle on the wall.
No shampoo.
Towels are thin, rough, and very worn.
No air conditioning. Our room faced south and it was very hot. We couldn’t open the windows due to pigeons.
A strong unpleasant odor in the room due to age of furniture and carpeting. This was especially strong when the room was hot.
No good size mirror in the rooms, only small for face. I saw guests out I the hall using the full length mirror.
Staff not helpful or even engaging when asked questions.
The good: we were only there two nights.

Nice, clean, central

On our transit we found the hotel. Very nice , a bit old fashioned , clean, with secure parking and great location.
