So awesome
With very nice decor. All clean. With a small terrace. Microwave in a small kitchen with ceramic cooktop. Refrigerator for cooking. Outdoor pool. Breakfast included in the hotel dining room because it feels like a hotel. Very quiet and very welcoming. The staff is very friendly. Free parking, which is very rare to find there.

Shower electrical problems
Stay in this residence in July 2026 with family, in unit 404.
From the beginning of the stay, major issues with the shower with sensations of tingling at the fingertips during the shower, upon contact with the showerhead, the base, and the hose. Our 2 daughters screamed several times and I myself was very scared. We were able to see that the ground wire was cut, located under the kitchen sink. We alerted them immediately; a gentleman who is not an electrician working for the residence stopped by, observed the same thing as us, and installed a wire connector. The problem calmed down for two days then recurred again. We reported it again upon our departure, insisting on the fact that an electrical problem of this type was very serious and requesting that a professional handle it and also check all the other units out of concern for the safety of everyone arriving after us. In principle, we were told that this problem was not known before us. I asked for the contact information for the manager and the owner of the estate to notify them of the problem, but to this day, I have received no response.

Not worth the price paid
The wi fi works only at the reception and not in the rooms.
Generally poorly maintained environments with discharges of air conditioner condensates that discharge in the middle of the paths attracting wasps etc. ..
The parking lot mostly resembles a motocross track...
The rooms internally are not well maintained, the bathrooms small with non-working suction.

Big potential but...
The air conditioning was so noisy with the fridge (yellow seal he was at least 20 years old) that I couldn't hear my tinnitus...
Two plugs that didn't work.
Otherwise the residence is very well placed.
