The point of unsanitary conditions, dirt and discomfort!
Good day to all!
We lived in this residence, which is aptly called a rooming house, for almost a month and paid €1189.
I want to write right away that everyone should avoid this place and never stop there!
The apartments are very small, uncomfortable and dirty.
The linen is dirty, the pillows have holes, the mattresses are dirty. There weren't enough dishes for four people and there were two chairs instead of four. One of the televisions is broken, there are no mosquito nets on the windows and therefore there are mosquitoes and once a bat arrived at night.
The fan, although it was hot, was dirty, scary to touch, let alone turn it on.
The shower cabin is rotten, rusty and covered in mold, there is no shelf for accessories. There are hundred-year-old cobwebs everywhere!
There are not enough cabinets and hangers for things and a terribly narrow staircase, difficult to go up and down, and I generally remain silent about bringing luggage.
Trash cans in the yard that stink right up to your windows! There's no lighting inside and you point your phone towards you so you don't break your neck, but during the day the light is on like that all day. The front door of the apartment does not close normally because the lock is blocked. In general, everything is very neglected and neglected. Don't leave anything unattended in the yard! It's funny to say, but our dryer was stolen in the middle of an enclosed courtyard. We lived in apartment number 6.
