Great hotel

We were nervous after reading some negative reviews, but we needn’t have worried. This was a lovely hotel in a really convenient location. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable (the mattresses were amazing!). The aircon and pool were very welcome during this heatwave. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nice hotel but pool area lot of disrupsion due to cellphones

The hotel is excellent, but the atmosphere at the pool is frequently disrupted by guests playing loud music, watching videos at high volume, or conducting phone conversations in shared relaxation areas. This behaviour is inconsiderate toward other guests who are trying to enjoy a peaceful environment. Such activities belong in private rooms, not at the pool. Unfortunately, the staff does not appear to address this issue.

Restaurant bad and annoying.

After the waitress's bad mood and a 45-minute wait for burgers, and having to ask for a bread basket, the children's burgers arrived with pickles and a strange sauce, even though we took care to ask to remove the items the children don't eat that were listed on the menu. If you order a burger without cheese or onions, the least they could do is ask if you want pickles and "house" sauce when it's not written on the menu. Really bad service... Certainly not a 4-star.

Quality welcome and services

Well-kept and very quiet room. Professional welcome and attentive staff. Very appreciable pool area as well as the parking provided.

Decent stay

The cleanliness of the restrooms is not up to the standard of the hotel.
The pool closes early when you are on a business trip, especially during a heatwave.
