Good accommodation for a city visit.

The Villa Magnolia offered us a very large room, comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Very accommodating friendly hostess.
The house is just outside the city center. This can be easily reached by public transport (bus).
There is also a large pool, which we did not use.

Comfortable guest room in Montpellier

Spacious and well-equipped room, comfortable bedding, breakfast and dinner with quality local products, friendly welcome. Located in a quiet location. Perfect for spending a few days in Montpellier.

Flashy and dishonest

I reserved by telephone on October 7 a room for October 14 and 15, specifying that I wanted a soft mattress and I had to immediately pay 220.80E to confirm the reservation. D-day and After struggling for 20 minutes, despite the Waze directions, and the difficulty in finding this address, we arrived at Villa Magnolia in this dead end! The parking provided was very far away, especially for elderly people and at our request, we were able to park the car behind the gate. There are also plenty of stairs for access to the room.
We spent a sleepless night because the mattress was very, very hard (definitely of poor quality...) and the toilet flushed all night. In the room, there is only one chair, and no window for ventilation.
In the morning at breakfast, I reported all these inconveniences to the owner, telling him that we will not be able to stay the 2nd night...) because I had clearly specified what I wanted when I made my reservation. Since it didn't match, we'll leave. I asked for a refund for the 2nd night (110E) and the owner replied that his wife had said that the 72-hour deadline for canceling had passed!!
In addition, the reception really leaves something to be desired and is reduced to a minimum. We had no contact with the person who made the decision. Frankly, this is the first time we have encountered such dishonest hosts! In a word TO RUN AWAY!!
This allowed us to find a guest room worthy of the name for the 2nd night in a beautiful place with a warm welcome and a very comfortable bed (of good quality) where we slept very well!!

Nous ne sommes pas surpris de votre commentaire mais il n'est pas basé sur l'établissement mais seulement sur votre expérience personnelle.
Nous sommes désolés et surpris que vous ayez trouvé notre literie inconfortable car nos matelas sont récents. De plus nous avons fait une recherche avec Jean Michel, qui est kinésithérapeute, afin que nos matelas soient adaptés à toute les morphologies (elles ne tiennent pas en compte des pathologies graves !)
Cependant nous mettons un fort point d'honneur et un attachement certain à satisfaire nos clients au maximum, la note globale de notre activité sur les différents moteur de recherche est certainement plus significative en reflet de la réalité de votre avis.
De plus, le parking se trouve EN FACE de la villa et vous avez pu garer votre voiture dans la villa à votre demande.
