Relaxation and gastronomic stay at the hotel La Source des Sens in Morsbronn-les-Bains

We were in this hotel from 21/08 to 22/08 in full board with a treatment ritual called "the bracket". What to say, except that everything was fine; the room "nature" and care are exceptional; the staff at your disposal. I was saving the best for last, the gourmet meal was excellent without any possible remarks. I'll do it again as soon as I can. Strong advice.

Exceptional stay at The Source of Senses. The Standard room was spotless: clean, comfortable, quiet and very nice. And special mention for the restaurant, really at the top: refined cuisine, quality products and impeccable service. An address that I recommend 100% for a moment of relaxation and gastronomy!

A scam (almost)!

Standard room at 285€ = 12m2, empty mini bar, no shower gel, broken sconces, dirty shower, sink in the trendy room Ibis Budget, located above the kitchens to enjoy the smells and noise of dishwashers much of the night.
Two meals for 155 € without wines = 3 courses served in 3 hours, chic, not up to standard. Wines of Alsace sold at the price of a Burgundy, a Meteor beer of 25 cl sold at the price of two pints.
The SPA = do not be chilly as you will have to cross the courtyard naked from the hotel. A very noisy indoor pool in which nothing works (waterfall jets, etc.), a freezing outdoor pool, a single jacuzzi for 4 people, a cold sensory shower, lukewarm showers, 2 pediluves... ridiculous.
Kind but transparent staff, not involved, not accountable.
Anyway, a disaster.
