Fantastic place to stay on the way to or from skiing

Great little hotel near the station. Modest but clean and a great shower and bed. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Everything you need for a night or two.
Moutiers is also a very nice town with good restaurants and a typical, appealing Savoyarde character.

Don’t bother with this hotel find somewhere else .

Hotel was in need of total refurbishment wall paper in the stairway falling off lift not working.
On arrival the reception was in darkness and very unappealing.
Bedrooms need a good refurbishment very outdated .
Bathroom needs a good clean , bath surround stained and needed a good clean .
Carpet on the stairs going up to the bedrooms were going threadbare.
Out side neon light with the hotel name on flashing on and off all night like a place you rent the rooms by the hour .
Generally very poor standards and unappealing.

Very bad hotel

The room was very old and the bathroom in very bad condition with strong smells. I'm never going back.

Not great.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The common areas are modern and new, what a contrast to the room (101) glued to the elevator, which should not even be rented seriously, we have benefited from all possible and unimaginable external noise. The photos on the site do not reflect the reality at all (of our experience obviously), the bathroom aging, dirty (mold, dust I pass) and poorly arranged with foul smells despite the small air fresheners it really sucks... The cleaning is to be reviewed it is really limit for a 3 stars. For a Monday, I doubt that the hotel was complete and yet we were stuck with the worst room! No luck In itself the quality / price ratio is respected because we really did not pay expensive, but it is by no means worthy of a 3 star... Despite all this breakfast is good but a little expensive for the products offered. The proximity to the train station and the city center is a very nice asset not to neglect, it is surprisingly very easy to park!

Poor value for money

I didn’t enjoy staying at this hotel. One of the managers was neither helpful nor kind. I find the price expensive for a hotel of this standing, moreover who is located in Moutiers. On arrival we can access our room only at 4pm no possibility to access it earlier , however during departure we are chased from 11am petente! I would not recommend this hotel.
