Access to the Spa (pool + sauna + hammam) is authorized for children under 16 years old only from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Monday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children in order to respect the tranquillity of the place under pain of exclusion. Spa access: 50 minutes offered per person and per night booked, upon mandatory reservation of your time slot at Crystal Spa by using our e-Concierge App. The spa is not very busy on week days. Therefore, please note that for ecological and economical reasons, THE SAUNA AND THE HAMMAM WILL BE TURNED ON ONLY FROM 4:00 TO 8:00 P.M. FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. The schedule will be normal on week-ends, public holiday or school holidays." Thank you for your understanding. Due to an increasing number of fraud or fraud attempts, please note that the full payment of your stay will be due at the time of check in (rate of the room x number of nights + city taxes) + a request of a credit card for a pre-autorisation or a cash deposit as a guarantee (minimum 50 Euros per person and per night).
