Overheated and technically often not in order

Your establishment was unfortunately completely overheated and even at night the rooms could not really be ventilated. The air conditioning did not work, the pool was closed. The breakfast room is significantly too small and the quality of the breakfast was mediocre at best.

Good and clean hotel with studios furnished with the most common utilities.

Starting with the good news: The studio was perfectly furnished with all the necessary amenities and this for an affordable price. The less good news: The street, where the hotel is located, is completely closed and therefore not accessible by car. We searched for more than 1/2 hour to finally get there on foot from a parking lot 200m away. A TIP TO THE MANAGEMENT : Place a note on your site or on the customer's booking with directions to the hotel, as long as the works are not completed. You could have simply mentioned that one should have the GPS search for "Rue du recteur Louis Bruntz" in Nancy . This is a side street that leads to Rue Albert Lebrun where the hotel is located at the end. In order to satisfy future customers, I hope my advice will still be followed because the works will take a long time!? Despite this flaw we remain a fan of this Hotel and we will definitely come back!!

Pleasant stay despite the heat wave.

The hotel is not air-conditioned, but there are fans available. I chose the Nemea Home Suite Nancy Centre hotel because it is equipped with a pool. The two hotels in the group in Nancy have a pool, but although the one at Grand Coeur Nancy Centre is 3 meters larger, it had an issue with the water temperature setting (it was over 30 degrees!), so that needs to be checked.

Breakfast and cleaning service to review...

Breakfast announced from 8am to 10am. Arrive at 8:30 and 8:50. It was completely EMPTY! They didn't open the door. The lady opens and prepares quietly without apology. We were in a hurry, not eating much (not even fresh bread or pastries) but we paid 14 euros per person!
