The boutique hotel, ideal for discovering Nantes, is magnificent!
A magnificent discovery in Nantes. The hotel perfectly lives up to its name: warm, located facing the Château des Ducs de Bretagne. We loved the recent renovation, the contemporary decor, and the calm atmosphere of the establishment. The room is very comfortable, perfectly soundproofed, and decorated with great taste. The location is exceptional. Everything can be done on foot. The breakfast, featuring local products, is a real plus, just like the attentive welcome from the team. A very beautiful address to discover in Nantes, between a charming boutique hotel and a high-end design hotel. We will gladly return.

Not great, some major issues.
I don't like to leave negative reviews, and rarely do, but I felt compelled to on this occasion. We stayed for 2 nights.
The hotel could be so much better, but appears to lack good management.
The room we chose had an outdoor area with a table and chairs, which was very nice. Unfortunately that did not follow through to the room itself, which was very small, so much so that only one person could move around the room at any time.
Unfortunately the weather was not great and the room was cold, but the heating did not work. When I asked at the desk I was told it may be because of a previous flood in the room above, and offered me a plug in electric heater which did work. Not ideal.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The one chair provided only had 3 working legs, which caused me to fall when I sat on it. It was changed, but it should not have happened.
The bathroom is very cramped, again only room for 1 person at a time, it reminded me of the bathroom on the ferry, and unfortunately the metal toilet roll holder is in a stupid place which grazes your arm if your not dressed due to the tiny bathroom.
Only one toilet roll was provided, which ran out on the morning of day 2 as we were about to leave.
The shower enclosure was not very clean, a simple job which was not done properly. Again, not ideal.
We paid to park in the garage, fine, but during our 10 hotel trip over 3 weeks around France and Spain the price for similar parking was between 7 and 15 euros a night. This was 25 euros a night, 50e for 2 nights, ouch.
On the plus side, the hotel is in a great location, and although we didn't take breakfast as you pass through the area to the garage the breakfast looked very comprehensive.
Could be so much better without a lot of extra work. I could not recommend this hotel.

The heating system was experiencing some technical difficulties at the time, which have now been resolved. We did, however, try to mitigate the effects as quickly as possible.
We would gladly have addressed some of the issues had we been informed during your stay.
We are pleased, however, that you appreciated the hotel's location opposite the castle and the terrace of your room. As for parking, the conditions are the same as those in the historic center.

Very beautiful hotel in the heart of Nantes.
Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Nantes. Ideal location, very good welcome, and beautiful decoration. The room was very comfortable (excellent bedding) and the breakfast was of very good quality. The hotel is quiet and close to the train station, which is very convenient. I recommend it!
