Average stay

The room was large and clean and the balcony was very pleasant. However, the people on reception were very rude and dismissive. We were told that we couldn’t park in the car park as it was full - however during our stay the car park was never full, it had plenty of spaces during the day and during the night. We checked and there were plenty of spaces at all times. The air conditioning had been turned off in the rooms but the hallways seemed air conditioned. During the summer it was too hot to sleep well in the room and one fan in a large room didn’t help. We asked for another fan but were told it wasn’t possible. We won’t stay here again despite staying here several times over the years as the service is bad.

Just decent hotel, but limited inspiration. Spacious rooms, good bathroom facilities, good breakfast.

Unacceptable given the offer proposed.

Does not correspond at all to the offer, room with mismatched furniture, unpleasant manager; when you make a remark to her about the situation in the breakfast room, very poor organization of the follow-up of the different dishes; they apparently drag their feet so that people cannot sustain themselves.

Disappointed

We came to this hotel for the 3rd time and we were very cold!
The heater blew cold even when the thermostat was set to 30. The reception told us to turn it off and put the convector on. It wasn’t comfortable, we still got cold and the bedding was hard. Moreover, there is no kettle in the rooms which would have allowed to warm up a little. The next day, we were very cold in the breakfast room, we had to scrape the jam jars and lunch in a dish noise (the person straightened the tables between 10am and 10.30am)l there was no fruit salad (breakfast pleasure at the hotel I find) , all for 17 euros per person.... we had much better breakfasts the past times (also in low season, in January and March). We are not sure to go back, too bad ....m
