Great stay, great welcome!

Great stay! The staff at the reception and restaurant were very caring for us, very nice and accommodating! The rooms were very clean and the value for money was there. The city center is not far, easily accessible. I recommend this hotel for your stays in Nice, both for leisure and work (very close to the airport)!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING STAY - POOR CLEANLINESS & UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are extremely disappointed by our experience at Hôtel Campanile Nice Centre – Acropolis and would not stay here again.
From the moment we checked in, the room did not reflect the standard advertised online. We found stained bedding, dirty and sticky walls, excessive dust, mould on the bathroom ceiling, poor ventilation, a dirty kettle and a room that fell well below the level of cleanliness we expected.
We reported the issues immediately and gave the hotel the opportunity to resolve them. Although housekeeping returned, the problems were not adequately addressed. The replacement bedding also had visible stains, and the room still did not meet an acceptable standard.
What disappointed us most was the way our concerns were handled. Rather than feeling listened to, we felt dismissed. One member of staff told us that contacting management would only be an emergency “if you are dead,” which we found deeply inappropriate and upsetting. When we later attempted to speak with management, we did not feel our concerns were dealt with objectively or professionally.
The condition of the room and the lack of ventilation affected our wellbeing during our stay. As someone with asthma and endometriosis, I found the environment particularly difficult, and neither of us slept that night. My travelling companion also suffered a severe migraine, which was made worse by the stress of the situation.
We documented the condition of the room with photographs and videos and raised our concerns immediately. Despite this, we left feeling that our complaint had not been taken seriously.
We appreciate that hotels can occasionally encounter maintenance or housekeeping issues. However, what defines good customer service is how those issues are handled. Unfortunately, in our experience, the response we received fell well below the standard we expected.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Needs deep cleaning and update. Asked for water and they told us to use bathroom water for drinking. Hotel is waking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Staff not that helpful. They didn’t not offer any type of help in anything.

Not recommended

I don't like to belittle the work of others so I just hope I was unlucky, but 130 euros for a night without breakfast, finding myself sleeping in a room that looked like a loculus, with dirty sheets, I slept outside the blankets covering myself with my own towel and did not ask for the replacement because arrived late and tired we went to bed thinking that fortunately it was only one night. floor that oozed water from the joints, so impossible to place even half a foot on the floor. Bathroom without window with a fan that went continuously even during the night impossible to turn off. Okay, it's a three-star rating, but that doesn't justify the dirt. Nice is wonderful but the stay was made partly negative because of this experience. However, I also want to talk about the few positive aspects such as the courtesy of the staff and the convenience of the location, close to the center and Piazza Garibaldi that offers many services. I'm not coming back.

Great stay in the center of Nice

My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights and were thrilled.
Very helpful and courteous staff, strategic location just steps from Piazza Garibaldi, supermarkets and public transport.
It must be said that the room is very small and not very spacious, little space for suitcases and wardrobe not suitable for two people.
Very nice view from the room.
Excellent cleaning, no smoke detection in the rooms.

Very good location
