The location is good and the parking at the back of the hotel is convenient and easy to access. However, the room was quite small and the cleanliness could be improved. We noticed some stains on the towels, which was disappointing. Overall, the location is convenient, but the room condition did not fully meet expectations.

Hotel Campanile was perfect for our one night in Nice. We literally walked across to the airport the next morning to catch our flight. But also, the front staff was extremely helpful with getting us information about getting into town and places to see. The bar staff was wonderful too. We had a bottle of wine and they gave us a carafe of ice and lent us an opener so we could have it in our room. The room was clean and just what we needed. I would highly recommend.
We got to see more of Nice than I expected because it was so convenient to take the train into town, and back to the hotel.

Parking is odd, need to pull your luggage up stairs to main floor. Room had a very strong smell. Not sure where it was coming from.

This was a modern, clean hotel with comfortable rooms and bed. Staff on arrival were efficient but as I arrived late evening, I didn’t use the bar or restaurant but the menus looked good. Overall, it was a good stay for the tariff paid and I would use again. Thank you.

I was looking for a place super close to the airport so that I did not have to take a long taxi. I thought I could walk, but it was a little further than I thought. However, it was so comfortable clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I slept so well! And I thought it would be noisy, but it was not noisy at all. And the dinner buffet was delicious! The staff extremely kind and accommodating… Highly recommend
