You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. If you are planning on arriving after 20:00, a EUR 30 fee will be charged. If you plan on arriving after 22:00, a EUR 60 extra fee will apply. The airport transfer can be arranged from the airport to the hotel for a EUR 30 fee (one way).
