Don't stay here for airport convenience. Actually just don't stay here.
There is no way into the hotel that doesn't require climbing 10 or more steps. There is no doorman or assistance and there is a handicap mini-elevator but they tell you that it is NOT to be used by anyone else (it was broken so it was moot when I was there).
Also, there is no transportation to the airport and it is probably a half mile walk to terminal 1 and longer to terminal 2 (the front desk said the walk to the free tram was 10 minutes, I didn't bother to try with suitcases and no trolleys).

Almost gave up trying to find it!
The hotel is actually very close to the free trolley to the airport. My only complaint with the hotel experience was how difficult it was for me to find the place. Turns out it’s on the eighth floor of an office building with the hotel name etched on a door. I couldn’t see it from the road and maybe I was expecting a traditional hotel exterior.

I do not recommend it.
When I asked the receptionist about check-in в 11.30 , she said exactly 2:00 PM,
yet other tourists were being checked in right in front of me.
If you want "special treatment," then this is the place for you.
