Excellent hospitality, clean rooms, strong AC

I loved my stay at the Palm Hotel. It’s in a great central location with updated furnishings. I rented a single room which was clean and comfortable. The AC worked very well during the heat wave. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in, showing me different locations worth checking out in Nice. A room was available for me to check in at noon which I really appreciated. This hotel really goes above and beyond with hospitality.

As always, the staff here are so helpful and very friendly, and Karine, the exceptional safe opener, is a wonderful character, but everyone is an asset to the hotel.
Location is excellent too. Have stayed here twice now and had a great stay each time. I prefer room 16 to room 18, though, for next time😉
Aircon is also very easy to operate and instant and does not interfere with sleeping.

Fantastic location. Close to everything. Just count on only sleeping at the hotel. There was a lounge but closed with no access after 7pm. Group could not socialise after a fun day in Nice. We asked about simply sitting and playing cards (even purchasing a drink from the rum bar) but were informed you must either sit at the bar or take it to your room. The tables and lounge area was only for breakfast. Breakfast was ok but much better boulangerie options nearby. When checking out we offered a recommendation to make the lounge space available to guests but unfortunately the desk clerk did not wish to hear this feedback. Sad as this could be a fantastic property.

The Palm ticked all our boxes!

The Palm is ideally located with the famous Promenade a three minute walk away. It's a small family run hotel with excellent staff.
We opted to take the continental breakfast there during our stay and it's very good with fresh juice, a choice of cereals and an ample supply of fresh breads.

Fantastic location with extremely friendly and helpful daytime staff. No staff at night. European breakfast (for purchase) was excellent. Room and shower were small but clean.
