Simple but well-executed cuisine by the students of the Vattel school.
The service varies from average to good, despite the students' good intentions.
The service is always slow; is it the cooks' fault? This hasn't changed over the years, so you should avoid having a busy schedule after lunch.
Depending on who is serving you, you might either finish a bottle of water quickly or die of thirst, and have or not have bread. Recurring problem, but it's the same problem in Marguerittes.

The hotel has a pool ,secure parking , brasserie and restaurant .
It is situated a short tram ride from main sights .

Too bad for the rest
The stay had to be relaxing and it was quite the opposite.
Even if the establishment had nothing to do with it, a commercial gesture would have been welcome.
