Clean, Accessible, Kind Staff, Lunch, and Accessible Bath Amenities at Welcoming. Not very expensive compared to other hotels, area nearby to eat or go out. Very good hotel.

Very bad experience at Hotel Nîmes Quest

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Nîmes Quest. We booked a triple room and a double room for a total of 5 people, including breakfast for 5 people. However, at breakfast we heard that only 4 people were allowed to have breakfast.
We paid for 5 people and find it absolutely not normal that one person was not allowed to use the breakfast for which we paid. This should have been clearly indicated at check-in or at the time of booking, not just when we are at breakfast.
For us a very bad service and certainly no welcoming feeling. If you book and pay for 5 people, you also expect all 5 people to be able to use the included breakfast. Very disappointing and not recommended by us.

Very good welcome, staff is attentive, kind and helpful, nothing to complain about.
On the other hand, for the rest, let's just say it's okay for one night when you are tired.
Persistent smell of stale tobacco in the room despite a "no smoking" sign and a 2cm cockroach on the bedroom wall! Enough to not feel reassured for the rest of the night and turn on the light every 5 min to check.
Shared toilets and showers. Missing a shared sink to wash hands.
Let's not even talk about the exterior view with a ground littered with cigarette butts and a used condom...
In short, a Formule 1, you know...
I do not recommend it to you.

Location of the hotel

The location of the hotel is very convenient, however the staff is not very welcoming, I had coffee while I was going to pay the receptionist almost assaulted me, his way of speaking really bothered me.
I'll skip my way to the next visit.
