Great en-route Chateau break with character.

Really enjoyed the stay. The hosts were very professional and helpful. The location is excellent with a lot to do in the local area. The Chateau itself has been and continues to be very well renovated. Our room was spacious and well appointed in a style in keeping with the chateau. Had some great conversations with the owners who are obviously passionate about their home. You are made to feel part of it. Our evening meal (optional) was excellent and well worth the charge as well as sensibly priced wine. All in all a comfortable well appointed b&b hosted by a great husband and wife team.

Magnificent castle, original, meticulously maintained, the charming owner is of incomparable kindness, outdoors

Very pleasant surprise

Guests at a wedding, we looked for a place in the area. We have made a real discovery. Authentic castle in the village of Oize, not far from Le Mans.
Castle renovated with passion and quality in 2021, the castle welcomed us as if we were family. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated. Recommended for calm and hospitality. Children's playground, swimming pool, what more to ask for

A Wonderful Stop In Our Travels!

My wife and I had a most enjoyable and restful couple of days at this tastefully restored Chateau. Our hosts Cynthia and Fady were attentive to and helpful with our every need. The copious meals were terrific. I heartily recommend the Chateau de Montaupin to all seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in their travels.

Beautiful experience

The rooms are very spacious and can accommodate the whole family.
Lots of cachet and authenticity.
Very warm welcome.
The park is beautiful.
Perfect for a weekend or a quiet holiday, while being close to Le Mans 24h, the Arrow Zoo...
