A brilliant find!

What a fantastic find - we stayed here on our way back to Calais as a stopover coming back from the South of France and are so pleased that we did (it’s about 15 mins from the motorway in picturesque countryside). Lovely restored farmhouse set in a beautiful walled garden. Comfortable rooms and beds, and we had a delicious dinner in the garden as our girls played with the hosts very gentle and friendly dogs. We will most definitely be back again next year.

Superb! Thank you!

Our third stay. What a delightful place. We love it. Very friendly. We had lots of fun in the garden playing with the dogs who are very gentle and loving. We were offered drinks on arrival. On return from dinner we shared our bottle of red wine with the hosts on their “flower island”. Breakfast superb and next time they have offered to make us pizza! We will be back. A perfect last night of our holiday. Thank-you! Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE

What a mishap! This gentleman has 3 huge dogs, which he refuses to tie up, even though they rush at you when you get out of the car. We then refused the rental and this gentleman became aggressive by hitting my car! We then literally fled! A strange energumene! Absolutely avoid!

Very nice stopover

Very pretty house.
Erich, his wife and their two dogs welcome us kindly.
Another family was present in the guest house.
We share together a nice meal cooked on the barbecue by our host.
The park is large, nicely landscaped and hosted by 4 adorable chickens .
Comfortable room (be careful, no soap/shower gel provided).
Delicious breakfast.
A very good (short) stay.
The most unexpected thing in the end is that our hosts, although truly welcoming, are Swiss and don't speak a word of French...

The best stop on our road trip

Our room in this beautifully restored traditional French farmhouse was very comfortable and Erik was good company and a great host. When we arrived we were greeted by Erik and his 2 dogs. We sat in the garden and enjoyed a beer while Erik cooked a lovely meal for us. Thanks for making us so welcome! John & Emma
