Our fourth stop here. Gets better everytime. The staff on reception are very friendly and welcoming and also remembered us 😀 Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

⚠️ Inhumane service. Does not take responsibility for its mistakes, with contradictory information about prices on hotels.com. No constructive suggestions. Cold customer relations, no special attention. There are many other hotels in Orléans. I suggest you give this one a miss.

Everything was great except for a very strong and constant drains smell - from the reception downstairs to our bathroom. A real pity as this hotel deserves much more .

There was a smell of sewage in my room and all round the hotel breakfast was ok

The location is excellent. The bed was super soft. The only issue was the heater, which didn't seem to be working. We called reception, but no one picked up the phone. It was the end of the year so we were expected to find a few staff. But over all it was good.
