Super delicious breakfast and restaurant

We landed here a little by chance, the hotel is nothing special but we got an ok room with a balcony and we had to bring our dog.
Their breakfast is really really good, especially their croissant.
We had dinner at their restaurant which is also delicious.
From our terrace we could see are cattle who sat in a nest.

Meal and price more than reasonable for 2 appetizers, 2 flammekueches, and 2 huge desserts. (Less than 50e).
Pleasant, smiling, helpful, and friendly staff.

Celiac disease

Group trip. Unfortunately, our room was very small, and the bathroom was tiny too, with a musty smell. I am celiac, and despite it having been communicated well in advance, they seemed surprised. Always served last and forgotten every time. At breakfast, I didn't find anything gluten-free (cookies, bread, rusks) even though I had asked. Only on the last few evenings were two slices of bread brought to me toward the end of dinner. I would not return.

Disappointment

We had two rooms in the "les cigogneaux" annex. For the first one, upon arrival, the housekeeper entered the room while we were there, likely a communication glitch. The water drainage in the sink is just a trickle. The safe is unusable because it is locked. For the second one, no more hot water for the shower toward the end of the morning. Report filed, no apology offered. Frankly not nice. I think the establishment deserves better in terms of customer relations.

Cosy and clean hotel in the middle of the village. Helpful staff and good breakfast.
