Excellent gastronomic stay at L'Ami Fritz – Perfect base for Alsace.
Gastronomic Experience (4 course menu): The gourmet package (with a daily 4-course dinner) was an absolute masterstroke. The kitchen offers authentic French haute cuisine, where every course was a surprise – from fine flavours to perfect presentation. A special mention for the chef, who not only put in a top culinary performance, but also personally came by to ask if everything was satisfactory. A bravo for this dedicated professional!
The service was also spotless: attentive, friendly and never intrusive. Every detail was right, from the wine advice to the timing of the courses.
Overall experience: In addition to the restaurant, the service in the hotel itself was excellent – from the quick check-in to the clean, comfortable rooms. The quiet atmosphere made our stay extra relaxing.
Conclusion: Not a moment of regret – on the contrary, this was an unforgettable experience that we will definitely repeat. For those looking for a combination of gastronomy, comfort and a strategic location in Alsace, this hotel is an absolute must!

Breach of commitments made by the hotel by joining a network.
The dinner went well, served by impeccable staff as well as the breakfast buffet.
It's just when we were paying the bill that it got messed up. The hotel is a member of a network that provides a prize pool to guests who join in proportion to their expenses. The attendant only agreed to validate my restaurant expenses. She refused to validate my accommodation expenses on the grounds that I would have benefited from a reduced price. However, there was no mention of this price reduction when I booked and the price to pay was the price advertised at the time of booking. In any case, the network of which the hotel is a member publishes that the prize pool depends only on the amount paid by the customer.
