Terrible hotel don't book there
Worst experience ever in Paris. I booked a walk-through room for me and my kids. Once I got there in the evening I got two rooms on two different floors. How was I supposed to leave a child on one floor and myself on another? I got a big mouth from reception and was discriminated against enormously. There was a threatening message sent by the manager afterwards that I would have said something to the receptionist that I never said. Luckily I recorded everything and will make a video of this shortly with the event.

Not empathetic at all
I have not had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, but I can attest to a total lack of empathy on their part. I had a 4-night reservation, from July 9 to 13, so it was not just a simple weekend.
Two days before my departure, a very close family member suffered a serious accident that required emergency surgery. I simply requested to be able to change the dates (not a refund), offering a medical note. Although I did not have a flexible rate, the circumstances were exceptional.
Their response, on two occasions, was: "rules are rules," regardless of the reason given. I understand the contractual conditions, but this was a serious, documented, and unintended situation.
The airline and the activities I had booked did agree to change the date without a problem, leaving it open until I could travel — and I did not have a flexible rate with them either. It is clear that when an establishment wants to find a solution, it can do so.
I do not know if the hotel is good or bad in general, but I do not recommend it.

Bobo's Hotel -charged me 197.00 X2. in a penalty fees for 2 rooms after we booked with the Expedia app, and immediately changed the date to the current date. So a 217.00 room plus 197.00 x 2 - We paid over 900.00 for one night for 2 rooms. I requested a refund through EXPEDIA- who said it was the Hotel that charged this amount. EXPEDIA - did not help, they are incapable of helping. They make it their mission not to refund or let you speak with anyone with the authority to help. BOBO's simply doesn't respond. While Expedia's one line is "that's the hotels Policy" A complete failure on both Bob's Hotel and Expedia.
