Remarkable experience!
A true break from time, ideal for fully relaxing. The quality of the facilities is remarkable, with the ability to customize the ambiance thanks to music and temperature control. The water is at a good temperature, the sauna is very good. The available mini-bar adds an extra touch of comfort.
Beyond the spa area, the overall experience lives up to expectations. The welcome and reception are worthy of a grand hotel, with attentive and professional service. The bar perfectly complements this moment, offering an even more pleasant experience.

Location: Excellent. Walking distance to all kinds of fun sites and stuff. Easy to catch a cab anywhere, or call an Uber. It's kind of secluded, which makes it a nice way to end the night. The Le Maraise area is very artsy and chic. I'm glad I stayed in this area.
Atmosphere: It has an authentic 'old world' vibe, maybe 1920's chic Paris. I actually really enjoy the atmosphere here. The staff is super nice.
Room: I'm in a 'Superior' Room. There are no closets. Again. No closets. Which is fine. They have a wall of built-in cubbies with a curtain that slides over them. The room is otherwise updated and modern. The bed is comfortable enough. The windows don't open.
Service: The front desk staff is SUPER welcoming and nice. I really like all of them. It's staffed 24/7. Morning breakfast is staffed by the same person, and she's super nice as well. The room service has been absolutely terrible. They cleaned the room twice in 6 days/5 nights. And they wouldn't leave a second shower towel.
Management apologized, which was nice, so instead of 3 starts I'm giving 4, since they seem to actually care.

Lots of good, if your room is habitable
The Good Stuff:
Location: Excellent. Walking distance to all kinds of fun sites and stuff. Easy to catch a cab anywhere, or call an Uber. It's kind of secluded, which makes it a nice way to end the night. The Le Maraise area is very artsy and chic. I'm glad I stayed in this area. Given the secluded street that the hotel is on, the noise level is quite good, both from outside and from inside the hotel.
Atmosphere: It has an authentic 'old world' vibe, maybe 1920's chic Paris. I actually really enjoy the atmosphere here. The staff is super nice. The guests keep to themselves, and a surprising number are in the hotel common area working on their laptops. But still, very nice, elegant, and elevated atmosphere.
Room: I'm in a 'Superior' Room. There are no closets. Again. No closets. Which is fine. They have a wall of built-in cubbies with a curtain that slides over them. The issue is that there is nowhere to hide your luggage, so it will take up space in the usable area of your room. The room is otherwise updated and modern. The bed is comfortable enough. The windows don't open. The AC coolest setting is locked at 19 degrees Celsius, which has been annoying since I sleep colder.
Service: The front desk staff is SUPER welcoming and nice. I really like all of them. It's staffed 24/7. Morning breakfast is staffed by the same person, and she's super nice as well. The room service has been absolutely awful, and I'll comment on it below.
Cleanliness: The common areas are very clean. The room itself, when I first got it, was also quite clean. The shower was backing up, and I told them, and they hired a contractor who fixed it the following day.
My Big Issue:
I've been here for 4 days and the cleaning person has come once. Just once. This is Europe, with small (but authentic) hotel rooms, small trash bins, etc. The space you have available needs to be kept clean because it is so small. My leftover pizza and burger are now rotting in the small trash bin in the Parisian humid heat, with the AC locked at 19 °C. I've put a sign on the door handle for them to please come and clean. I leave to go sightseeing and come back, and I see a single cleaning person who seems to be responsible for all 28 rooms. Somehow, I think they're probably handling the room turnovers, etc., and perhaps neglecting some of the other rooms.
Moreover, I have LITERALLY physically approached the front desk asking for them to leave TWO shower towels in my room, but they will only leave one. I physically grabbed a second towel from the front desk, but the one time (in four days) that the cleaning person came by, she took it and left a single shower towel. This small room, which is not being cleaned by housecleaning and which has a single used shower towel from 4 days ago, has become uninhabitable. Unfortunately, I booked with Hotels.com (mistake). I usually book through my AMEX concierge, and I would have insisted that they relocate me to another hotel. I'm only here for another 36 hours, otherwise I would have just booked another hotel and left.
Value:
I think if you're looking for a place to stay with charm, in a cute area, that's away from the touristy craziness at night, then this is probably a good hotel for you.
If you want your room cleaned daily, trash taken out daily, and have such expectations of a boutique hotel - maybe look for somewhere else.
