International guests deserve the same welcome
I do not speak French and am visiting from Singapore. Upon arrival, the hostess at Brach Restaurant was noticeably condescending and would not allow me to proceed with explaining my reservation until I responded with "bonsoir." While I fully respect local customs and etiquette, this attitude felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.
In a five-star hotel that caters to international guests, hospitality should take precedence over enforcing social rituals. Having paid approximately €1,000 for a room and €450 for dinner, I expected a warmer and more accommodating welcome. The interaction left an unfortunate first impression that was out of keeping with the level of service one would expect at this price point.
Hotel is much more smaller/boutique that I had expected from the photos but the view from my room’s balcony is gorgeous.

Very disappointed with my experience. The setting is certainly pleasant and pretty, but unfortunately that is not enough to compensate for the rest.
From the reception, the service was unpleasant. The lady at the entrance clearly pretended to call her colleague to check availability while the phone wasn’t even ringing. Yet, ten minutes before our arrival, I had called the establishment and was confirmed that there was availability and that the place was not full. Once on site, this was confirmed since the person who seated us told us that we were "lucky" because some people had just left.
I do not appreciate this kind of place that seeks to give an image of exclusivity when neither the service nor the offerings are up to par. The drinks were served in plastic cups, the mocktails had almost no flavor, and the overall experience felt very low-end. The service clearly lacked professionalism, and the manner of addressing customers was not suitable for an establishment of this caliber.
Honestly, one would not feel at all like they were in a five-star establishment. I am extremely disappointed, and I truly did not expect an experience like this.

The network scam
I try to go to the spa, and I can only find bathrobes size XS finally to go to the sauna, you have to go through the gym or people sweat, big drop and once arrived to the sauna, you go into a shower or people wash their buttocks... in short, this hotel is a scam!!!! And certainly not a 5-star

Great hardware with very deficient software.
The hotel is in a wonderful location, the rooms are beautiful, the service is atrocious. Absolute disregard for the client. They simply don’t care. Other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel.
