Beautiful Hotel - Great staff!

Myself and my daughter recently stayed at Chalgrin Boutique Hotel for three nights in March 2026 and had a perfectly lovely and enjoyable stay.
As we were arriving on my daughter’s birthday, I contacted the hotel in advance and received a prompt and helpful reply from Alain. On arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised to find our beautiful room decorated and with some lovely treats, which made the occasion very special for my daughter and me.
The experience continued at breakfast, where we were greeted on the first morning by Virginie who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She even remembered my order of English Breakfast tea with cold milk, throughout our stay which was such a lovely touch. The breakfast itself was consistently ‘Tres Bon’.
Overall, it is a beautiful, comfortable, clean hotel in a great location, with staff who clearly take pride in what they do. A special thank you to Alain & Virginie who helped make our stay at the Chalgrin Boutique Hotel a delight. We would happily stay again and look forward to returning in the future and would happily recommend it to others visiting Paris.

Perfect location for our weekend in Paris! Convenient location blocks from the Arc de Triumph. Several wonderful restaurants within blocks and a fantastic bakery too!
The room was beautiful, bed extremely comfortable and staff excelled I. Customer service. I had never stayed in a boutique hotel - now it may be the only choice.

Perfect choice for a weekend getaway in Paris! The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for Paris standards. The bathroom was large, and the cute little balcony was perfect for morning coffee. With its very central location and super helpful staff, I had a wonderful stay!

Well located but the moment an hotel is giving me an accessibility room on ground floor is a big no for me.
The night price and the room wasn’t meeting my expectations.
Staff nice and friendly .
Room wasn t even ready past the 3pm policy .

The hotel is located in an excellent area, and it is easy to request an Uber. The hotel is also within walking distance of many nice restaurants. Upon arrival, the air conditioner in our room was not working, and the staff did not forewarn us of the issue. However, after speaking with the front desk, we were informed that the air conditioner on the floor would be fixed later that evening, and once we returned to our room after dinner, it was. We appreciated the air conditioning being fixed quickly as we arrived in Paris during a heat wave, so having an air-conditioned room was important and greatly improved our stay. The breakfast staff was friendly and kind. Hotel common areas and the room were as pictured. Overall, would recommend.
